We translate design drawings into physical points you can build from. Whether it’s a one-off extension, a commercial build or a major civils project, our approach stays the same – precise, reliable and easy for site teams to work from.
Using Trimble’s latest robotic total stations and GNSS technology, we set out directly from your CAD or BIM data, minimising human error and ensuring consistent accuracy across the site.
Good setting out doesn’t just mean putting marks on the ground – it means communication. We work closely with site engineers, designers and groundworkers to make sure nothing is left to interpretation.

Prices start from £275 + VAT for visits up to 4 hours.
